Review product terms

Scope

The scope of each review is exactly what its product page describes. Nothing more is included by default. Anything beyond that scope needs written agreement between you and Invocation Technologies LLC before the review starts.

When the clock starts

The delivery clock starts when your access is confirmed working, not on the payment date. You get that confirmation by email. This means you control when the review begins: pay now, grant access when you are ready.

Refunds

• Full refund on request at any time before access is granted.
• No refund after the clock starts, because the work starts.
• If you never provide access, you choose: a full refund, or a credit hold so the review runs whenever you are ready.
• For products built around a live session (the Technical Clarity Call and the AI Automation Roadmap), the same idea applies: full refund any time before the session happens.

Credits

• The Technical Clarity Call fee is credited in full toward any review purchased within 30 days of the call.
• The AI Automation Roadmap fee is credited in full toward implementation work booked within 60 days of delivery.
• Credits apply once and are not exchangeable for cash.

Scheduling

Products that include live sessions are scheduled by email after payment. You get scheduling options within one business day of your intake. If we cannot find a time that works within 30 days of purchase, you get a full refund.

Confidentiality

These default terms apply to every review. A mutual NDA is available on request before purchase. Your code is held in a controlled environment for the duration of the review. It is never shared with anyone, and it is deleted on completion with written confirmation to you.

AI-assisted tooling

The review uses AI-assisted analysis tooling under the same confidentiality obligations as everything else. You can opt out before the review starts. Opting out reduces how deep the review can go in the fixed time, for the same fee. The report is written and every finding is verified by Andrej personally either way.

The deliverable is advisory

The report gives you an independent professional read on your codebase. Decisions you make based on it, and their outcomes, remain yours. No review of any length finds every defect, and this one does not warrant that it will.

Payment and seller

Payments are processed by Stripe. The seller of record is Invocation Technologies LLC, a Delaware (USA) company.
