- Recommendations are vendor-neutral. I recommend what I would build with, not who pays referrals.

A mutual NDA is available on request before payment. What you share about your business stays between us. It is never shared, and notes are deleted on request.
AI-assisted tooling is used for preparation and analysis under the same confidentiality obligations. You can opt out before we start.

What is the refund policy?
Full refund any time before the kickoff session happens.
How does the credit work?
Book implementation within 60 days of the roadmap and the $4,500 comes off that invoice. The roadmap becomes free the moment you build from it.
Do you also build the automations?
Yes. That is the point of the credit. But the roadmap is written so any competent engineer can execute it. You are not locked in.
What if there is nothing worth automating?
Then the roadmap says so in writing, with the reasoning. That answer is worth the fee: it stops you burning a year on AI theater.
